May is almost over meaning banquets and prom!
I can't wait for all of them but I still have so much to do before then. Like, this week I am fully loaded on crap to do, but my parents aren't going to be here for the weekend so it'll give me some time to relax and hang out with people.
Music Banquet's (May 27) going to be awesome for sure...well, I hope anyways. Got my dress, its pink and pretty. Got it for $50 at Kensington Market at the Japanese Import Store (or I think it's the Japanese Import Store anyways) called Bubblegum. It's really pretty, but I have no idea what to accessorize with it!
Athletic's Banquet (May 31)finally looks appealing this year because of the dance. I don't know if WAA even has the badminton list for the people who paid for the banquet. I know half of the team didn't so the list wasn't handed to the WAA to check us off for tickets yet. I got this really adorable ballerina like dress that Abby found in her closet. It's pretty plain but it's something that I can definitely build on. Oh, by the way, if anyone have cute white shoes (size 7.5 or 8) can I borrow them for Atheltic's banquet? Because that would be totally awesome.
Formal (June 2) is definitely something I can't wait for. I mean, it's supposed to be the biggest night of the year for grads! I hope people don't "dumb" it up but I won't be surprised if some did. It's a lot of fun just taking the day off, dressing up, doing makeup, getting there in fancy cars and having an awesome after party.
Until then, must keep working my ass off...or find some kind of motivation to work my ass off.
Sidenote: never eat too much during totm, gives you cramps.
