what a weekend!

This weekend has been one of the busiest this year although not the most productive.
Let's start off on Saturday...
Saturday started off with me waking up at 9 am (I know, it's not THAT early but I AM a lazy bum) and going out to brunch with my mom. Brunch was...interesting. We decided to try something new so we went to one of those little chinese cafes. The food was decent, but I have never eaten an omelette where the fillings were not part of the egg mix but just folded inside a fried egg. Afterwards, I went to the first dragonboat water practice and that was pretty hard. My back and my left shoulder KILLED! Actually, it still does >.
For Sunday, I had to get back to the school at around 10 am and start my doubles and mixed tournament. I made it to semifinals for both categories but no hardware =(. I think I did the best in mixed because after the two games that brought us (derek and I) down to flight D, we had to win our third game to continue on. We played this guy named Thomas from Leacock and won, but I rolled my ankle because the floor was too grippy. I played the last half of that game and two more games with that injury, and it was kindof exciting because I've never had anything swell this huge before. Hehehe..I totally took a picture too. Now I have to do this horrible food and nutrition essay that has nothing to do with food and nutrition.
