Queens: Day 4

Wow! I can't believe tomorrow is going to be the last full day of Queens! I don't think I'm ready to go back to reality yet and do all this shit that I haven't done (tests, homework, the usual). Today was one of my laziest days here in Queens. Ivan, Khash and I finally finished watching Pulp Fiction (it took us three days) because every time we start the movie in the main common room, 20 minutes later other loud obnoxious people would come in and then we can't hear the sounds from the laptop anymore. We got really desperate today so we actually went outside and finished watching the last 30 minutes. I would've just watched it myself if I knew that it took that much trouble just to watch a movie. Speaking of trouble, I got one of the supervisor guys really mad at me today. Ivan wanted to use my laptop to check his email and chat with certain people so I went down to the second level (I'm on level three) and gave it to him. No one else was there except for him and Khash because the cruise trip was today. So I took Ivan's gameboy, sat beside the doors to the stairway and played tetris. No one was complaining, not even Mr. Grigg until Sean came up and was like "you HAVE to leave right now". He wouldn't even let me stand outside in the stairwell, saying it was a "fire hazard". Fire hazard my ass! Yes, if the fire alarm goes off, I'm going to somehow get in everybody's way and not try to get out myself. I mean, even if I did stand there, I probably wouldn't be much of an obstruction anyways.
The lectures today were pretty awesome except I literally fell asleep for the last lecture..which I totally didn't want to do because he was talking about the brain and I probably could have used that information for this upcoming biology test. Our class got to examine plastinated organs and also watch a video of a real autopsy. The thing that I remember the most from today was what this pathologist assistant said in his lecture: "the hardest part is the first incision because before that, it looks like a body on a table. After that, it's just a bunch of organs and you don't see the person as a human anymore." I thought that was pretty true, I remember it was hard for me to cut into that adorable little pig fetus at first in grade 11 biology.
Tomorrow is the Much Music Video Dance and I'm kindof excited. I'm sure it's going to be fun but hey, there's going to be hordes of dumb white chicks there so I'll probably just hang back a little. I don't really hang out with the girls that much for the past week in Queens so I'll probably end up sitting in the bleachers with the guys. Today after class, I finally finished downloading Bend It Like Beckham and I thought it was hilarious! Now I know why Neena keeps laughing everytime someone mentions that movie (Neena! Don't be mad at me!)
By the way, I still have Ivan's gameboy. Muahahaha!!

That Sean guy sounds exactly like certain people in guidance. *ahem* These people are just so irksome that I just wanna chop them into pieces and flush them down the toilet.
