Time Is Slow...
Although it seems like time flies while in university, it's only been two months (not even!) and it feels more like 4 or 5. Maybe it's because in high school the only time you really work really hard is before tests (which come every what...month?!) and here we get exams and such every 2 months. Maybe if we had midterm exams in high school I could feel less like time is going as slow as a snail but hey, we didn't and I was really glad of it. I haven't really blogged for a couple of days because of the work (yes, I'm working!) and midterms are coming again!
Midterms, starting tomorrow with algebra hopefully this time around won't be as horrible. It's bad because I was actually happy that I got a frikkin 53% on my biology exam. WOW. There's also this formal biology report due next week and it's totally freaking me out. The report is so thorough and it's written in more of a journalistic style. I just hope they mark us easy on this report because it's our VERY FIRST ONE.
In happier news, our chemistry lab section got a new TA. He's a lot more fun to be around than our last one. She was very much hated by our section since she didn't help us at ALL with ANYTHING and would just walk around, criticize how bad we were doing and dock off marks. Supposedly, she docked off 0.003 percent from this one guy and he was just saying yesterday during our lab that she should've just given him zero. The lab we did yesterday was the cycle of copper and we put copper through all these different reactions and we ended up with copper again! Except my percent recovery was like 80%..ahh...human error, the best kind there is.
I don't know what's happening to me, but I haven't been able to wake up at all lately. Maybe it's because of me sleeping really late (that's probably it) but I mean, before in high school, I would sleep that late too but I was still able to get up. It's probably because I don't have my dad prodding me to wake up and threatening to leave without me. I guess I should start sleeping one instead of 4 huh?
